| 1. | If Máximo Nivel cancels the course for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund. |
| 2. | If you pay a deposit for one of our programs, deposits are non-refundable. However, you may change the date of your program for up to 2 years at no charge. |
| 3. | If you pay in-full for one of our programs and you receive a discount when doing so, your payment is non-refundable. However, you may change the date of your program for up to 2 years at no charge. |
| 4. | If you pay in full for one of our programs and do NOT receive a discount when doing so, Máximo Nivel will issue a full refund for all cancellations made at least 30 days before the program start date. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the program start date will be charged a $300 cancellation fee. |
| 5. | If you pay in full for one our programs and do NOT receive a discount when doing so, and you begin the program with us, but then you must return home, Máximo Nivel will issue a refund pro-rated from the last hour you attended the program. |
