Feedback—Native Spanish Program

Feedback for our Native Spanish Program is always provided anonymously.  Due to space constraints, we only include a small percentage of the feedback we receive.  We are always happy to provide additional feedback examples and references for our programs and we suggest you read the feedback on our Facebook page too.

• My teacher, Ana Maria, was fantastic!  She really adapted the exercises, pace, and order to suit my needs.  I needed the most help with speaking and listening and we spent a lot of time on these areas.  The book from Máximum Level was excellent.  The customer service was above and beyond anything I expected—this was from the very first contact with Máximum Level until I left.  I loved having WIFI and the snack bar at the institute; also being able to change money and rent a cellphone were extremely helpful luxuries.  I really enjoyed my time here immensely.

• My teacher was excellent.  I really liked the private class, very close one-to-one instruction.  This really helped me.  The free Tandem Conversation Program was very good.  A lot of opportunity for practising.

• During my time at Máximum Level I had several teachers over the months I spent here.  Julio Cesar, Jorge, and Ana Maria were all excellent.  I really liked all the conversation time in class.  All the books and materials were good.  Client service was awesome—Thanks for everything!  It was excellent an experience here.  Thanks especially to Eliza, Carlene, and Jonathan.  Awesome job, keep it up!  :-)

• Jorge and Magda were excellent teachers.  The classes were completely in Spanish with good examples and explanations to help understanding.  Extremely friendly and tailored classes.  All the books and materials were excellent.  Client service at Máximum Level was excellent, especially Eliza.  Everyone at the help desks and coffee bar were extremely helpful and lovely too.  Máximum Level has an excellent location and classrooms.

• Magda is a great teacher!  She is very friendly and has a great sense of humor.  We always had fun talking in class and I think my conversation skills improved a lot.  Eliza and everyone else in International Programs at Máximum Level were so helpful in scheduling my classes and allowing me to make changes, plus everyone was so friendly and always willing to give advice or support.  The snack bar is so convenient (thanks for the free tea!).  Thanks to all of you for your help and hard work.

• What I really liked about the teacher's methodoloigy is that he "forced" me to speak a lot during class.  After only a few weeks of Spanish, I'm able to make myself understood in Spanish, and that was my goal!  Facilities and client service at Máximum Level are all good.

• Jorge was excellent!  The personal conversation that he stressed in class made me feel more comfortable with speaking Spanish.  All the books are good to excellent!  Client service from everyone at Máximum Level is also excellent.  They're always willing to help.  Free coffee and tea always made my afternoons better, and I love how many classrooms there are.  You should put a Máximum Level in California, I'd always be there :-)

• My teachers were excellent.  They were always willing to help and provide another example when I needed it. All the books and supplemental materials we used were excellent. Client service from Máximum Level was great and the classrooms and facilities are good too.

• My teacher was very creative.  The language games were good.  Client service and facilities at Máximum Level are both excellent!

• Profe. Jorge was excellent.  By speaking only in Spanish, but keeping it simple enough to understand I really learned a lot of new vocabulary.  The books and materials were excellent.  All the materials and exams were valid and sensible.  Carlene and Eliza were especially helpful, flexible, and provided information whenever I needed it.  Eliza was wonderfully patient when I needed to make a trip to the doctor.  Facilities at Máximum Level are excellent.  Nice sunlit rooms, always clean.  Access to the computers was super, though sometimes I had to wait.  The people at the snack bar were always cheerful and helpful—I loved coming in the mornings.

• My Spanish teacher was excellent.  Classes ran very smoothly.  I especially liked the opportunities to work on my conversation skills.  All the materials were good to excellent.  Máximum Level's facilities and service are also excellent.  I really enjoyed my time at Maximum Level and was sad that it was over so quickly.

• My spanish teacher, Mabel, was excellent.  I really liked that Mabel did things outside of the textbook.  I also liked how she always started and ended classes with conversation.  All the books and materials were good—and free too!  :-)    I also liked how few people were in the classes and the individual attention I received.  Client service at Máximum Level was excellent.  I felt like I had a lot of support.  Every one was very friendly and helpful.  Orientation was good and so were the International Parties each month.  I was thoroughly impressed.  I loved the free coffee and tea.  The facilities were always clean and wonderful.

• My Spanish teacher was excellent.  There was a lot of opportunity to speak and she used different materials to encourage speaking.  All the books and materials were good to excellent.  My Spanish classes were one of the most enjoyable parts of my stay in Peru.  The people and staff at Máximum Level are really nice and helpful; very approachable and friendly.  I loved the facilities at Máximum Level and it was really good that coffee and tea were free.

• Tania was by far the best Spanish teacher I have ever had.  This was the first Spanish class I had where I felt comfortable speaking Spanish and didn't mind making mistakes.  The in-class exercises always facilitated conversation and discussion.  Tania was such an amazing teacher, I hope I can study with her again.  All the books were excellent.  My course was amazing.  I will miss this class and I hope I can study here again.  In terms of Máximum Level's service, let me start by saying Heidy and Jonathan deserve a raise.  Both were so friendly and kind.  Heidy especially went above and beyond the call of duty.  I was very impressed with all of Máximum Level's facilities.  The classrooms facilitated awesome Spanish classes and the common area helped the international students meet with local students.  I really appreciated the low cost snack bar and free Internet.  I was so impressed with all of Máximum Level's services.

• Jorge was a great teacher.  I have been able to learn a lot with his help.  He does an amazing job!  Service at Máximum Level is excellent.  Every time I had a question the staff (especially Heidy and Eliza) were there to answer it.  Facilities were also excellent.
